The BCE Fundraising Soirée and Live Auction will take place on Saturday, November 4, 2023, from 6pm-10pm, at Par 3 at Poplar Creek in San Mateo.
Reserve your fedoras and fluff your ruffles for BCE presents “Havana Nights” Fundraising Soirée!
The “soirée” is an evening affair where attendees partake in an array of food selections, wine and beer, dessert, entertainment, and the Annual Live Auction. This event allows parents, staff and community leaders to connect, donate and purchase exciting auction packages that raise money for our schools.
Volunteers Needed:
The auction team needs your help to make this year’s Live Auction the best one yet. We are seeking volunteers to join a dynamic team of parents to help solicit and build exciting packages that will be auctioned off at the November 4th Fundraising Soirée.
