KINDERGARTEN/NEW FAMILY TOURS
Do you know of someone that is new to Burlingame or will have a child entering Kindergarten or other grade in the Fall? Roosevelt will be offering tours school tours and a Q&A with Principal Matt Pavao. Tours begin at 8:45 am and will be held on Friday, January 18, and Friday, March 1, 2019. No reservations are required. Just check in at the office for the location of the meeting. For more details, please call the school office at 650-259-3890
KINDERGARTEN and New Student REGISTRATION for 2018-2019
Spread the news to neighbors and friends that Kindergarten registration begins on Monday, February 4th. Siblings are 'grandfathered' into the school.
If your are a current family and have a child entering Kindergarten this fall, please contact Mrs. Teahan (650-259-3890 [email protected] ) as soon as possible to make sure your child is on our enrollment list and to discuss enrollment procedures. Children are eligible for kindergarten if they were born on or before September 1, 2014 (must be 5 by September 1, 2019). A birth certificate or other legal proof of birth date must be presented along with the child's current immunization record and two proofs verifying residency within Burlingame. One of these proofs must be a PG&E bill. These items must be presented to the school before a registration packet will be given. Parents are urged to register their children as soon as possible, and return completed paperwork prior to the end of February to ensure a greater chance of placement at their home school. Children also must have all required immunizations before entering school in August.
TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION for 2018-2019
Transitional Kindergarten registration begins on Monday, February 4th.
Children are eligible for Transitional Kindergarten if they were born on or between September 2, 2014 and December 2, 2019.

The Burlingame School District will be accepting Transitional Kindergarten registration for the 2018-2019 school year beginning February 4, 2019. Parents may register their children between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm Monday through Friday at their child's attendance area school.
